Penn Mutual engaged Lyquix to design and develop its digital brand, and execute the digital brand across the following digital platforms: website, internal communications, and social channels.
Maintaining brand consistency across all digital channels can be challenging for organizations. Working closely with the Corporate Communications team, we developed a digital brand and the associated brand guide for Penn Mutual. The focus on the digital brand has allowed Penn Mutual to present a consistent look and feel across all digital channels.

Penn Mutual is a pioneer of mutual life insurance in America. Its public website needed to validate its standing in the industry, and promote its commitment to mutuality and financial strength and stability.
Through a focused immersion with project stakeholders during the Discovery phase, we were able to document the project goals and objectives, key audiences, and key messages. The information collected during Discovery allowed us to develop a streamlined site architecture, with a succinct, focused content plan.
The new Penn Mutual website had to be responsive, accessible, and intuitive. Importance was placed on highlighting Penn Mutual’s financial strength and stability, industry leadership, and its commitment to advisers and policyholders.
Every year, Penn Mutual publishes an Annual Report. In 2018, the organization recognized the need to design and develop a digital version of its Annual Report. Working with its Corporate Communication Team and its internal development team, we designed a fully responsive, accessible design template that will be used for the Annual Report moving forward.
Working with the Penn Mutual leadership team, we established digital brand guidelines, created a new digital internal communications platform that improved readership with employees and field-based financial advisers, launched a new public website, and designed the organization’s first, digital annual report.
